All you can do is ask the seller if you can return them. That is a remorse return, and if the seller does not accept returns, he does not have to accept the airpods and refund.

Gently ask the seller for a cancellation/return/refund. 
Sellers are not required to even acknowledge your request. 

If they won’t accommodate your request, the son who stole your credit card should find a way to pay you back. 

This is a parenting issue and should not involve the seller. 

Change your password. Don’t tell it to anyone.
