I have an Ebay case opened on a refund request. The buyer sent a couple photos of what they had issue with. However, both issues were described in our detailed description in the original listing, and photos of the same issues were both included in the original listing.
Buyer states there is some other "restoration" issue, but did not provide specific explanation or photos of what they were referring to.
The item has been returned, and we have inspected it.
Does the Seller have any recourse to dispute the "reasons for return/refund" if the issues were spelled out in the original listing's description?

I believe that you can "report" the buyer stating false return reason, but little will come of doing that.
Buyer still needs to be refunded within eBay policy time frame.

You can report the buyer, but you still have to refund before Ebay does it.

It doesn't matter what you do..You can report the buyer, but I bet nothing ever come up about..Would be nice if you could leave a negative and show other sellers..Ebay doesn't care about us sellers anymore.Maybe 20 yrs ago they did. Please people were more trustworthy back then. They could send out a check or Money order and it always went find.
