Customer trying to pay and it won't go through.

I have a customer who has been trying to pay for 2 days. Paypal thru EBAY as he always does. It keeps giving him a message that they are unable to proceed at this time. Anyone else?

Watch list completely gone with new update yesterday

I always check my messages, watch list, and selling when I log onto ebay. My watch list was there in its entirety yesterday morning. Sometime around noon it was gone. Both on laptop and mobile (app). How can this glitch be corrected??!!
