Ebay says the problem should be fixed within 72 hrs. I wondered who screwed this up.

Can't sign on to eBay?

Keep on getting a Refused to Connect message in the middle of putting on a listing.

When I am putting on a listing or making an alteration I get a Refuse to Connect messagefrom ebay.

HELLO here when i would like to listing the item in my account ebay is not working i get i message like that signin.ebay.com refused to connect.

signin.ebay.com refused to connect for days now.

I keep getting this message everytime i try to create a draft or do bulk listings. It's been a week i've been having to di individual listings because BULK listing keeps crashing and then i get that message.

Having the same issue, I’m on a tablet and all it does is spin when I want to create a listing. It will navigate the site though. When will this be fixed?
