Unable to send combined shipping invoices!!!

All of a sudden I can't send combined shipping invoices . I get a This Site can't be reached error and a timeout error depending on which browser I use. I've tried on 3 computers in 2 different locations and still the same issue... I have dozens of orders to ship!!!

I'm also getting an error message when I try and do a combined shipping invoice.

There are at least two different locations you can send an invoice from described here:

Use whichever one you have not tried yet to see if that works better for you.

I just got this to work also after getting that message that it wasn't secure to send the invoice.   That message seems to come up when trying to use the system that used to be in place, and I think eBay has changed how invoices can be sent in some way.  Anyway, I had a buyer order 3 things and when I clicked on just one of them, it immediately went to screen showing all 3 and had the option to send the invoice.   Approaching it looks different than before, but it worked fine.
