eBay app won’t show any active listings

I can’t view my eBay active listings on the app. It says I don’t have any active listings. I can however see them on the mobile and desktop sites. Please help. I’ve called eBay 3 times and still no fix

Item Search Showing Non-US Items First

When searching for items, non-domestic items are being shown first. Specifically from The United Kingdom today. I am located in Niagara Falls, NY. I believe this is a known issue. Have others noticed this? Cheers, Josh
