hi how come I cannot find certain items of mine when using certain search terms that are in my title .. I’ve attached two screenshots for an example ..

The search has been a huge mess for a long time now! It's a nightmare that seems like will never be fixed.

Because eBay decided a long time ago that it's users are too stupid to enter the actual words that they want to search on. eBay views the search words that are entered as merely "suggestions" and may or may not use them. I wish I were kidding.

To get eBay to REALLY search on the words you entered, you have to put quotes around at least one of them. Again, I wish I were kidding.

This has been a major problem when searching on my storefront as well.

For example I have an item called Mullein Leaf capsules. If I search "Mullein", nothing will come up.

If I add "Leaf" to it, it will show up.

I often wonder how many sales I've lost from results not showing when someone searches my storefront.

Use the "Feedback?" icon in the lower right corner of your search results or the "Tell us what you think" link on your store page to fill out a form regarding your search issues to alert page developers. The more feedback eBay gets about this or similar issues, the more likely eBay is to prioritize a fix.
