Every other picture I upload from my computer comes out stretched and distorted (See picture). Any ideas on what is wrong?

All day I can’t search certain words or names on eBay. For examp “Ja’marr chase” keeps getting changed to “jamar chase” and it wont show any cards or sales. Can this please get fixed? Thank you
