In this case the Mobile platform App shows 3 to be posted which relate to a combined postage sale The 3 items have tracking info attached - This is a constant bug which eBay still cannot fix after 6 months

Paid buy-it-now items email not listing customer name & address

Auction emails contain the information, buy-it-nows do not. Only the buyer ID, which does not help when matching up to bulk-printed labels. I have to hand write the name on the sheet from My Ebay.

Best match issue

Is anybody having an issue with finding their listings? I have noticed if I change the best match to something else I find our listings just checking who else is having issues
