Can we get a clear answer on this? My auctions were not viewable for a huge chunk of june 2 and caused items to sell for below average prices, are we being punished for defects if we cancel those?

Shipping Labels "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label" UPS Ground

Every UPS Ground shipment I try and make I am getting an error "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label". I have tried on PC, Mac, and the app and all give the same result.

Purchase a shipping label
