When I go to any seller's list of items (with only several exceptions) I see nothing even though I know they have current fixed price and auctions listed. What's up with this???

When I try to search a buyer via User First Name. most of the time the results are blank due to misspelling or capitalization. Is there a way to make it a fuzzy search so that at least capitalization is not an issue?

Not eligible to promote

I just noticed I have 5 items which say "Not eligible to promote." My account is "Top Rated". I currently have 1,351 listings promoted. There doesn't seem to be anything I can change which will make it appear, and no reason is given. Any idea why?
