I am trying to refund money to it buyer all day yesterday it said server down does anybody have trouble with this and when is it going to be up and running they have holds on my funds of course they don't care about us that way all they care about is...

eBay is holding my funds because I have a return request and I'm trying to return the money so I can get my funds back however it says eBay server down not your fault when will it be back running and what is going on does anybody else see this
