Trying to report an item that hasn't been received and that message is
the only consistent thing I see from eBay. How do I actually converse
with a real person?
I'm trying to ask eBay to step in and assist on an order that hasn't
arrived and when I click on the item, this message is generated... '
oops we're having a technical hiccup'.
