ebay motors search is totally messed up

trying to search in the motors catagories for specific items and get clothes etc

when I click on an item after I search nothing happens. Using a chrome book

Listing problems involving shipping method

Is anyone else having an issue with listing anything today? I keep trying to list something and every time I get to the shipping method it clears it out and says I need to choose a shipping method. The weight and the size also disappears.
