App Deleting Populated Fields

I'm using the ebay app on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and whenever I try to populate a field in the description, it'll delete everything I've already filled in. There's also a delay whenever I enter anything in the fields.

Can not create and revise listings

The Create Listing page and also revise listing page will not load for me. There are very pale shadowy gray boxes which blink softly, but nothing more shows. Everything else seems to be OK, and other websites load well for me.

As of last night I can no longer make any new listings using my chrome book. I have been using chrome book for years with no problems until now. I even went purchase a new chrome book today thinking my older chrome book is out dated.

Pages freezing up and not responding

I keep having issues with the pages freezing up, then it goes to a page that says Page not responding. It doesn't matter which page I go to, it does the same thing. It has been happening for at least 4 days now.
