I went to buy a $10 item with free shipping, during checkout the
shipping jumped to $100!! I backed out of it and reported the seller.
Ebay found nothing wrong. Luckily it is not showing up as an unpaid item
or anything. I mean, what the heck?!

As a seller, I have "My Ebay Active" as a bookmark. Lately when I click
on it, the page is messed up, with all the listings in a narrow band
down the left side, most of the page is blank. I have tried refreshing
