I can't finish listing or revising item without restarting ipad, very irritating.

Every time I try to list it freezes up then says homepage is down.

Every time I try to list, Ebay freezes up then says homepage is down. Then I lose the listing I was working on. Then I get the home screen back, try again & it goes down again. Anyone else having this problem?
