I'm trying to report that an Item I bought hasn't not arrived. I click on the Item Hasn't Arrived button next to the item. The next screen is where you select whether you still want the item or a refund. Clicking either choice does not highlight the "Send Request" button. It remains grayed out. I have tried on several devices and all have the same result.

What is the last estimated date if delivery? If that date hasn't past that would be why you can't open an INR.
