This seems to be an ongoing problem. eBay wants to blame individual computers, but too many of us have this issue for it to be our machines. Maybe a paid for membership will give the bidder more time.

Rate table regions info can't be edited

I use the rate tables a lot, but recently I noticed that I can't edit the regions area anymore... i.e. if I want to take a certain state from one region pricing and move it to another, I can no longer delete the state from it's existing location.
