Problems old user name

I have an old seller account from over 20 years ago. Ebay finds my username but I cannot get any further. I tried linking accounts...no progress.Tried new phone number option,..won't let me change it.I tried putting name and address of my old account...

eBay Compatibility Chart Not working

This has been going on for two weeks now where the eBay Compatibility chart in motors has been intermittently working. But the last two days it is not loading up at all.

Extremely annoying and unhelpful. I don't need it popping up on its own when I don't ask for it while I am working on listings. Its disruptive. No one asked for this. How about actually do what the sellers have been begging/asking for instead?
