When I try to create a shipping label, I get the error message: "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." I tried both on the browser and the app. Everything worked fine yesterday.
Is this already being looked into? It would cost me more money if I had to pay for the labels directly through USPS.

Are you still having an issue with this - I don't see any other recent reports of this.
Have you logged out, cleared your cache, etc., logged back in, switch to a different browser?

Sometimes there is something wrong with the address or the selected shipping carrier/service.
You can always buy a shipping label from PirateShip for the same price or cheaper. At the top of the screen on the right, you can Import your ebay orders, buy the label and it will update your order on eBay with the tracking.

I've done all of that and even tried the app. I'm still having issues. I ended up switching to PirateShip.

It's been all labels I've been trying to print. I heard about PirateShip while researching this issue, so I switched to them.

@tailsandscales - you still need to get your label issue fixed.
Report if from whatever page you're on when you get that msg.
Click on the "?" icon at the bottom right, then the "Report a technical issue" option.
There is a new protection for sellers that started in Oct but it only applies when using eBay labels:
Seller Item Not Received (INR) Protections

Are you still having issues? I’m having this issue again as well, I had it earlier this year and absolutely nothing fixed it, it just started working again a week later.
now I’ve been having the issue for the last few days
