What i usually do to promote listings is not working: on the app, I go under SELLING then scroll down to ADVERTISING then SELECT ITEMS TO BOOST. I select ALL then NEXT. Select CUSTOM then APPLY SINGLE RATE and put my percentage in, then PROMOTE LISTI...

When i click on my business policies dashboard a blank page comes up. Where did everything go?? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Does it come directly out of my payment, or do I need to pay it myself quarterly or what. How does it work? Thanks!
