Missing Inventory

Several of my items are missing from the active status. When I check My eBay they are no longer there. Has this issue been fixed. Thank you.

When purchasing a shipping label it states a QR code is being emailed to me. In the past they arrived no problem. In the past week I have not received emailed labels. Checked settings, checked spam, checked trash. What now?
