Did Changes to Business Policies UI Break Traffic/Impressions/Search?

Resume Draft capability not working - page hangs/doesnt load when trying to open a draft item

Ok, now we cant work on draft items anymore. Anytime you try to load a draft item to work on/publish, the page hangs forever and never loads, just a blank screen. You have to click away from the page otherwise it hangs forever trying to load.
