Filters on left missing on lots of sites

So many sellers sites I look at do not have the filters on the left ie SOLD ect. but many do, so is this something you opt in or out of?

Can't print shipping label

I paid for the label but when I click on print I get a "well this is embarrassing" error page. I can't even print from the link in the "your label is ready" ebay email. How do I prevent this from reflecting poorly on my record? This is not my fault.
