So I mainly use Firefox and ever since this morning when I go to create listing type in the title then hit search magnifying button it does nothing no matter what I do it doesn't work. I tried clearing cookies and my cache and still the same. Restart did nothing too. I decide to try on Explorer and it seems to work fine and I can also save the listing and then go back to Firefox and go to finish draft and that also works. I don't know whats going on does anyone else have this issue or know how I can go about fixing this?
You might try listing using a private Firefox window (Control-Shift-P). If that works better, try clearing your browser cache and manually deleting just your eBay cookies once.
Okay I was able to fix it for me. I was up to date on the browser. But you were right I was running a pop blocker extension. I turned it off and now its working for me. Never had an issue with it before with ebay. So i suggest anyone else try that turn off any extensions your are using.
Yes, that seems to work for me, too. Weird, because I've been using ad blockers forever and it never caused any issues. Turns out it was only one of them. Thanks!
