Shipping Labels Generated as 4x6 but Preference set to 8.5x11

Starting on Monday, January 13th all of my USPS Ground Advantage labels are being generated in 4x6 format (portrait in top left hand corner) instead of 8.5x11 (horizontal on top). Is anyone else experiencing this issue and what can I do to resolve it?

I am having the same issue - thought it was my computer.  You can change the paper size - when you are in the print screen you will see a box off to your right which gives you different options.  When I had it set for 8.5 x 11 I got a jumbo label that used the whole page.  Would love to hear if someone has a way to resolve.

There's a label format bug the past week. Until it's resolved there are a lot of helpful suggestions in this discussion - read through it.

I suggest clicking the ? icon on the lower right of your Orders page to report the tech problem. While I'm sure eBay is aware, the more people reporting the problem the higher prioritization it will get in the fix queue.

In the meantime @svt-penn , until it's fixed I suggest using the bulk flow as that seems to be working. Single labels can be purchased through the bulk label flow. Just open up bulk shipping, check all except the one you want to buy a label for and delete the rest. That's how you can do it one-at-a-time in bulk.

Hope that helps until eBay gets this fixed.
