My eBay feedback number increased by an 200 overnight without any activity.

My feedback number was at 2022 three days ago, now it’s at 2222 without any eBay activity.Also, my feedback rating is at 100% but, on my listings for items I’m selling shows shows 97.1%.why is this happening??
