Keeps showing the error when I click "Relist" button

Relist button results in an error on both mobile and desktop in Safari and Chrome. It seems like a technical error. My listing got canceled due to the buyer being a scammer. Therefore, I need to relist but the button doesn't work.

Search by Custom Label

In the latest change to the search page we are no longer given an option for searching by Custom Label. This is our main product ID. How do we get that back?
