Send offer to buyer feature not working correctly

Every time I try to send an offer to a buyer, I enter the amount as in $13 when I hit review offer it goes to the next page and the amount changes zero as in photo and it will not send an offer

Can't get into business policies now for over 24 hrs.

Been trying to access my business policies since 1/12. Receive the following messages: Our server is down OR it's us not you. Status board says everything is functioning

Printing 4x6 format problem on ebay.ca (PC)

When I create a shipping label (with a pc) and set it as 4x6 format, the pdf always comes out 8.5x11 with the 4x6 format on it. Impossible to print the label with a 4x6 printer. The only way it can works now is buying the label directly with the ebay...

Keeps showing the error when I click "Relist" button
