Tried Firefox and Google Chrome and each time I try to manipulate an item I'm selling (change price etc) the change does not go through but just circles forever. Have had this problem in the past too.

Can't accept offers with best offer. Software malfunction.

When I try to respond to best offer, the accept offer and counter buttons are gone. I've had to use my eBay phone app to accept offers. Any ideas why and when this problem will be fixed?
