I would like my money back because the seller did not act correctly.

I'll tell you the case ... He acted in bad faith ...

1- I bought the product
2- After 2 minutes, I contacted him, because my address in the register on the site was incomplete.
3. He did not answer me ...
4- He only answered me after sending the item without destination and without address, I send to BRAZIL, nothing more.
5- 4 months I'm trying to sort this out.

If the sale was on ebay, they won't honor the money back guarantee after 30 days...... I would go to paypal and do an "Item not Received" Claim.  That may or may not work, depending on how you paid.

Always file on ebay before if you haven't gotten the item in a reasonable length of time (before 30 days)............
