No longer possible to change password

Since this new design with entering userid on one screen, and password on next screen, can no longer change password. It just keeps asking for the password in a continuous loop. Get nowhere. Isn't this a bit of a security issue?

Sales Tax Bug

Sales tax is being rounded up to the next penny instead of rounding to the nearest penny. 5.46 x .07000 = .3822This should be .38 tax, but the system is rounding it up to .39 This requires an accounting adjustment to correct and balance accounts.
