Ebay Bucks Link Not working

For a week when I click on Ebay Bucks I get taken to a weird looking summary page & there is no other link available. The only way I can see my Bucks is to go through Ebay Canada.. What's up with this?

My Saved Drafts Disappeared (again! 2'17'2020) and one there that isn't even mine!

Bad enough that my drafts disappeared, but there was one draft left and it wasn't even mine! How does someone else's draft getting into my selling area? Not only weird, but means that a lot of glitches are going on that we don't even know about.

Can't load pictures

When I try to upload a picture, all I get is a small green rotating circle. Happens when I try to "list a similar" or new listing. Have rebooted computer several times. Same result. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
