I downloaded the newest version of the eBay app, and I get constant “SSL error” that a connection can not be made. It will also say there is an EBN Error Domain. I cannot log into my account or browse on eBay. Please help!

Can’t add shipping method on app

iPhone 6sios 11.3for about 2 weeks now I haven’t been able to add a shipping method when trying to list via my phone. Also when I try to edit a precious post the shipping method disappears.
