eBay ios cart doesn't empty after purchase

Hi ebay ios team! I am using the ios ebay app on a 32 gig iphone se running ios 11.4. This is whats happening: After completing a purchase of one item in the cart, the system says thank you for the sale. But the red icon is still showing the cart is full. The cart should immediately go empty after the sale. No delays!

I just moved to iOS 12 last night on the first public beta. The problem occurred on iOS 11.4. I have your latest iOS eBay app and am using it.

ios 12 is fairly stable! I will let you know the next time I buy something with the app. I will watch the cart closely!
