Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Barcode scanner issues

Alright gang... iPhone user here. My ebay app barcode scanner works fine when I'm looking up listings for a product but not when I'm trying to list an item. Any ideas?

Just updated - bad move. Now listings don't appear to display if best offer as well as starting/current bid price. Worryingly unusable. Can I get some advice please, even how to get previous version from Playstore?
