Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

eBay is the shadiest market online there is no way to contact them what so ever I have an issue with a seller and there is no way I can contact eBay

When I go to notification screen it keeps pulling me back out. Every time I click on one of the menu options it immediately goes back to the original screen. I can’t turn any of them off. App is up to date.
