In my several years of experience doing this, I have found the most common and important question regarding a cell phone for auction is: “Is the phone network-locked?” Many times, that information is not provided in the listing - so I will send a message to the seller. Then later, once they reply, there is no link provided in the eBay app to reconnect that response to the original phone that I was inquiring about! I would suggest that would be a great improvement that the eBay IT guys might want to consider!
