I’ve accepted billing agreement and STILL can’t print shipping label
after reviewing my payment method. What in the world is wrong w/e-bay to
make it so **bleep** complicated?
What's up with the 'advanced listing upgrade fees'?I've been charged $70
for that and I've never seen that before. It looks like a rip off as
I've not signed up for that, as far as I know!
