Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I had a conversation with support, they told me that an item/return would be “closed” because the buyer did not return it in a timely manner. What does “closed” mean and why is this information not showing up in the app?

I have several registered addresses on ebay in different countries, the last order was from Germany and now I can't change the country, the error writes

Resolved! Returns keep turning on when I’ve turned them off

I am a private seller and don’t accept returns. Since this morning when I turn returns off on the app they immediately turn back on again so am currently not able to list anything. When you edit the listing and then them off they go back on again.
