Sending a message error on the app

I try to respond to sellers on the app and it says the message cannot be delivered due to maintenance. It’s been like that for days but I’m able to send the messages on the web anybody else have any of these issues

Seller listing ‘save for later’ not working. Listing is lost.

After spending 20 minutes drafting a listing to sell an item, I selected the ‘save for later’ option. The screen changed to an earlier one but I could not subsequently find the listing.
