Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

My EBay app stopped working. bleep

I’m using an iPhone 7. The app worked this morning.. I can’t update my iOS to 16. eBay please help.

I have an older iPhone 6s and a mini iPad 4. Suddenly can't use app. Please make former app available again. Am in no position to suddenly buy new tech I don't need.

I made 2 purchases for my mother a few days ago. Now when I try to use the app I’m forced to update it. I can’t update it my phone does not support iOS 16… You are losing a frequent customer due to unnecessary updates….

What happened with iOS 15?!

Reverse IOS16 requirement!

Lots of people use older iphones to access ebay. Requiring IOS16 to use the app now shuts out a lot of customers. Make your app backwards compatible for longer!

Trouble installing updated EBay app

I hit the right update icon but it doesn’t open and it takes me back to my EBay site with same block telling me to update!
