Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Items Waiting To Ship & Open Offers not showing on app main page

Several days ago my items waiting to be shipped and open offers stopped appearing on the app main/home page. I have removed and reinstalled the app with the latest version and still not there. Any ideas?
