I constantly get customers wanting me to send them an updated invoice
from what is in their cart. I can't see what is in their cart! and (the
customer) can't find "request an invoice" because it is sooo hard to
find most often. I give them 3 suggesti...
I received an order - Can't ship because buyer's address has no street
address. I've asked a number of times for a valid address and get no
response. My question - do I refund? cancel the order? What is best for
me the seller - so I don't get dinged ...
Why do they put up a new page and not know how it does not work? First
Class - can't give a weight!!! Takes longer to process - more steps -
more time. I've had to just send out First Class with the weight wrong
because I can't get it to work.
It is hard to find - one reason is that the customer has to commit and
buy and actually start paying before (and maybe) the button will appear.
I do tell them where it is - but I still lose business - Again what is
wrong w/e-bay! - Thanks Chris
