1st Class Shipping

Is there a reason I can't ship 1st class anymore??? This would ruin my business - Who can afford to pay flat rate for 1/2 yard of fabric?!?!?

Re: 1st Class Shipping

A little more detail would be helpful to properly answer.

How much does the package weight?  What size is it the package?

If it's over 16 oz, you cannot ship it USPS First Class.

If it is over maximum dimensions of 22 x 18 x 15 inches, you cannot ship it USPS First Class.

Neither of these are new restrictions to USPS First Class either.

Re: 1st Class Shipping

All 1st class packages I can't ship - I KNOW that I can't ship if over 16 oz - 1st class is 1st class!

I printed and shipped 15 First Class packages just this morning.  Unfortunately, you haven't really given an information that leads to any suggestions.

What happens when you try to buy your labels?  Are there error messages?  Are you just not given the option to choose First Class?  Again, what are weights and dimensions of the packages?

Re: 1st Class Shipping

Are you saying that you are having problems printing out a label for a first class package or is the problem when you're trying to list an item?

When I looked at a few of your listings, I see shipping is listed as economy shipping--so what are you choosing when you list the item?

Re: 1st Class Shipping

You have to explain what "can't ship" means.  At what point in the shipping process are you running into a problem?
