Their evaluations aren't always fair. They have their best interests in
mind, not yours. One really big reason not to rely solely on eBay for
your business.
You can ask for your case to be escalated. There are US agents who
can/will talk to you via email, but it can be a gauntlet to get there.
Be patient and professional. May take a number of attempts. Keep at it.
