Why does it take F*O*R*E*V*E*R...for Paypal to kick in when you want to
simply pay for something on this site that is crumbling around
us...Heaven forbid ebay recall who and what got them to where they are
now...

We, make that (older sellers here), were always taught, guard your
social security number. Never give it out as a form of ID. So...what
happens now with it required in managed payment system...in effect are
they not using it to identify sellers...eve...

ok...but where as paypal who is "proven" to me to be reliable vs Adyen

True, unless you are a large enough seller to have back up funds to
operate while you wait for ebays many and varied reasons for holding
your payments, you end up not making anything, or using your own money
to operate now.
