i have a buyer who filed a cancelation request, but after some message
exchanges, he decided he would prefer a partial refund. of course, i'm
fine with that, but he can't find a way to do it. likewise, i've never
had anyone want to do this before, so...
the title pretty much says it...as is, important conversations just kind
of die sometimes as they drop further down the list...please, please,
please add this otherwise basic feature...thanks!!!
though it's not as bad as Amazon's, the functionality of the search
feature really seems like a mess sometimes. even when using exact search
terms, it throws a net so large that it pulls in tons of items that
don't even include all of the search term...
growing up, my step dad used to regularly remind us to "never try to put
two pounds of sh*!*t in a one pound bag"...evidently the ebay folks
never had a nurturing influence that taught them that it's just not a
good idea to put 6 pounds of box in a P...
try going into help from the "payments" tab (the Help and Contact link
is in small print at the bottom of the page). i've been able to get
call-backs every time i follow this route. once you get an agent,
they'll help with anything, not just payment ...
just a thought, but maybe you could use a small but obvious piece of the
space differently. adding a statement like "Check out our new video
introduction...just click on "about" to be one of the first to see the
