Where is the package?

Hi, sent the package almost a month ago to the USA from Europe. The tracking says it has been processed through New York facility on 16th of April, and weirdly the next day on 17th the tracking shows it has been found in Great Britain. No new updates...

Changing shipping

If I list an item listed as "buyer pays shipping", can I include in the description that I will pay the shipping if sells for "x amount"? Or do I have to have the buyer pay if I list it as that?

Blacklisting fake couriers (like sunyou)

It looks like Sunyou is a fake courier used by scammers. Couldn't eBay blacklist them and/or give the buyer an automatic refund when the "seller" posts a (fake) tracking number from sunyou?
