No services available -- eBay Shipping

This issue has come up in the past. It's back again... I can't print labels and get a "no services available" no matter what size or weight the package. Shipping is to a normal US postal address. eBAY, Please fix ASAP.

Shipping a item that is 3 ounces or less

Shipping question: I just had a light bulb go off in my head. But I have been shipping doll clothes.(Ground) Most are less than 3 ounces. Can I put them in an envelope and choose first class mail? The rate is much less than ground. Thanks, Annette
