Seems they sent my package to DC for assessment? I was going to contact
them when the first postage assessment came up, but it started
moving.... So I was like? Must have been resolved? But no.... Seems they
sent the package to DC to handle the asses...
This issue only started happening when eBay changed the business policy
page. IDK it's prob an easy fix, but I can't figure it out. I've toggled
on and off multiple times. Doesn't go away.

Its annoying for sure. Wish eBays system would make the default the
cheapest instead of the order they are entered statically. Different
locations can be cheaper with different carriers.
