This issue only started happening when eBay changed the business policy
page. IDK it's prob an easy fix, but I can't figure it out. I've toggled

Typically eBay processes payments in 24 hours, however I didn't know
that they process same day if a cancellation request has been opened
making it easier to process cancellations without having to come out of

So what I think the UPS did was scan incorrectly that it was delivered
not transffered. So it shows Delivered to the wrong city (a nearby one).
The USPS tracking shows activity today that they are 'Processing'.

So bad.... Changes like these annoy me.... So I blast it at high
percentage for short periods, and cancel it, then offer a discount to
send them a message, and I shouldn't be charged an ad fee because it's
no longer active?
It's not very smart to go 'they have hundreds of negatives they are bad'
When you completely neglect all the other numbers. Your picture doesn't
show a bad seller, but a good one. I can only suspect some jealousy
here.
